Before my work in leadership and maternity transitions, my career took me across a wide range of industries and sectors. From working in a Japanese car part manufacturing plant to becoming a Partner in a multi-award winning brand and design agency.
An experienced senior leader, I’ve worked at board level and always in close partnership with my CEOs and MDs. I’ve been accountable for HR and Operations and have owned overall business strategies.
In 2018, I became a mum for the first time and in response, have broadened my leadership work to develop support programmes for businesses and new mums who are working together during the transition from work to maternity leave and beyond.

Every transition in life is a journey. A journey of change. And choices. Of courage and resilience. I use my experience and expertise to support others through the transitions they face – particularly, women who are moving into and working in leadership roles and women who want a career as well as being a mum.
