I’m challenging both women and businesses to see the beauty of women having careers alongside motherhood. 

 
 
 
 
 

In my experience, it’s too often been a difficult and conflict-ridden, hot mess of misunderstandings for both women and business.
And I’m on a mission to change this.

 

Businesses are better off having mums in their team because where there is diversity there is increased creativity, innovation, employee retention and financial business performance.

And so, I’ve brought together:

  • 20+ years climbing the corporate ladder in HR

  • my experience as a business leader

  • my experience working as a qualified coach & certified NLP practitioner

  • my own motherhood journey

And I enable people to see things through a different lens, to see the possibilities and the choices. To see that it is possible and to see it can be brilliant. For everyone.
