— What to expect

 

Parental coaching enables mums and dads to become parents and return to work and truly thrive, quickly. A deeply personal experience, we meet any challenges to performance head on. Most commonly, this is a conversation about self-belief and value. Sometimes it’s about how to manage the juggle parenthood has created with a career. Whatever the concerns, people leave confident, energised and engaged; ready to perform at their best.

 

How it works

The parental coaching programme is semi-structured and delivered over video call. It typically looks like this:

  • 2 x 1 hour sessions prior to parental leave starting

  • 3 x 1 hour sessions during parental leave

  • 2 x 1 hour sessions up to 9 months after the return to work

  • Up to an hour of additional time to use during the parental transition, for example, email support or a short phone call
